Richtek is proud to introduce our latest product, the RT9359H. This highly efficient synchronous step-down DC/DC converter is designed for use in a wide range of applications such as tablets, smartphones, and other portable electronic devices. The RT9359H offers a high output current of up to 3A, making it ideal for powering multiple components simultaneously. Its integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs provide a low RDS(ON) of up to 40m ohm, resulting in minimal power dissipation and superior thermal performance. Featuring a wide input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, the RT9359H ensures compatibility with a variety of power sources, including Li-ion batteries and USB supplies. The device also offers excellent output voltage accuracy of ±2% over the entire load and temperature range, ensuring stable and reliable performance in any operating condition. Furthermore, the RT9359H incorporates a comprehensive suite of protection features, including over-temperature, over-current, over-voltage, and short-circuit protection, safeguarding the connected devices from potential damage.
